Using a Roquefort style mould creates a classic, full bodied flavour. Matured for at least 24 months in wax, leading to a slight crumble but creamy texture.

Full flavoured triple cream brie. Smooth and creamy finish with a snowy white mould rind.

Cave matured cheddar. Soft with a crumbly texture, the initial creamy texture gives way to its vintage cheddar bite.
